After months of connecting with industry peers, attending events, and presenting my book “SEO Playbook for News Publishers” in different cities, I felt there was something missing, a dedicated space for honest conversation, shared learning and collective reflection around audience growth. That’s why I’ve decided to launch this experiment: The Audience Club.
This first edition, taking place in New York, is born from the desire to bring together professionals who are navigating the same challenges in the media landscape today. I’m incredibly grateful to all the professionals who have already joined and supported this initiative, it truly reflects the collaborative spirit of our industry.
This is not just another SEO or traffic-focused event. It goes beyond growth for the sake of numbers. It’s about a broader shift in mindset, thinking deeply about audiences, understanding the real needs of readers, and reflecting on how we, as media professionals, can truly provide value while continuing to build trust and loyalty in a rapidly changing landscape.
Why The Audience Club.?
The first edition, taking place in New York, is born from this idea. A moment to step back from the day-to-day and create a shared space for conversation, reflection, and exchange. We are living through constant changes, algorithms evolve, platforms shift, and discovery is being reshaped. In this context, it feels more important than ever to come together and openly discuss what we are seeing, what is working, and what we are learning along the way.
More than a traditional event, The Audience Club. is intended as a community-driven gathering. A place to share experiences, real examples, successes, and also challenges. A space where SEO, product, content, AI, traffic, and community are not treated as separate disciplines, but as interconnected pieces of a bigger picture: understanding and serving our audiences better.
A Personal Milestone: Presenting my book “SEO Playbook for News Publishers”
On a more personal note, this event is also very special to me because it will be a moment to present my recently published book, SEO Playbook for News Publishers. After introducing it in different cities, I wanted to create a setting that truly reflects the spirit behind the book, practical knowledge, open conversations, and shared learning. Copies will be available at the event, and if you would like to reserve one in advance, you can send to me an email.

What will the first edition of The Audience Club in New York be like?
The event will take place at the Wix Playground in Manhattan, bringing together professionals from across the media industry in a series of roundtable discussions designed to encourage participation and dialogue rather than one-way presentations.
The event is completely free, and everyone interested in audience development, media, and digital innovation is warmly invited to join. If you’d like to attend, please make sure to register through the form, as spaces are limited.
The session will begin in the afternoon, followed by roundtables and will close with a networking moment with drinks and snacks, kindly supported by Wix Studio and Marfeel, offering a relaxed environment to continue conversations and connect with peers.
